I am bringing my two outdoor (shed dwelling) piggies indoors at night as of tomorrow night and then they will be back out as of Tuesday.
My question is - is it better to bring them in tomorrow afternoon and leave them indoors completely until Tuesday morning;
or just bring them in for night time and put them back in their shed during the day? I am thinking stress wise?
I’ve checked the temperatures for those few days and they are going to be fairly warm - 13-16 degrees - so certainly won’t be huge swings between outside and my utility room (which is fairly cool at around 16/17 degrees) so from daytime being outside to coming back in of an evening (probably bring them in around 3/4pm and put them back out around 10am) shouldnt be too much of a swing for them. Tuesday night for them being back outside overnight shouldnt be too much of a change for them either (10 degrees outside temperature so my shed will probably be around 15 degrees that night).
I am probably overthinking it, but I don’t want to upset them by leaving them outside with the fireworks going on but I don’t want to bring them in and out of the house if that is going to be too much, but I do definitely want them indoors overnight with the fireworks going on.

Well done for bringing them in and keeping them away form the endless fireworks for a few days.

As the temperature changes aren't going to be huge I would probably just keep them inside for the entire time.
It's been a while since I lived in the UK, but from memory fireworks can (and do!) go off day and night.

Thanks. I’ll leave them in until Tuesday morning then (hubby won’t be impressed!)

We don’t tend to have them in the day where I live but they start around 5pm and won’t stop for hours and it’ll be going on from tomorrow night.
There will also be New Years to contend with but that’ll be easier in the sense it’ll only be one nights worth but harder because the temperature change is likely to be more - I’ll cross that bridge when i come to it though.

We're lucky that we don't have many fireworks where I live but I've just been outside and can smell a bonfire. There's still two days left yet :( although I can understand people having bonfire parties tomorrow

They’re in for the weekend!
I can’t get to the washing machine and my freezer door barely opens but it just means I don’t have to cook or wash clothes...yay! :))
