We brought the pigs in last week because of the snow and had a wonderful week of the herd being in the living room.

Now they are back in the cabin, as the temperature is higher than last week. In their C&C cage. We have two heaters operating in there for a total of 1.5kw and I have 3 heat pads if it gets too cold.

Let’s see how long it lasts this time. Last time we managed 3 days without them in the house...

Here are some pics taken with the camera in the cabin. The night vision pic has a blanket draped over the cage to encourage them to use that part of the cage

Hope it's better than last time and that you all adapt quickly. They seem happy in the hay tray. I also spot poops! Poops is good!

Hope they settle again out in their wonderful cabin!
You will have to readjust again! X

I know I have to adjust again. In fact I didn't adjust last time!

I'm missing their noises and little bums and noses...and the house is silent. No wheeking at the bag crinkles anymore... :(

But I woke up and checked the camera and there are poos everywhere with some cage rearrangement, so some pig has been shifting the hidies around!

And they have had breakfast.

Sounds like they are settling in nicely @Flamestriker!

Thanks Betsy...I'm the one who is struggling!

They are fine. I'm not spending very long with them as I'm ill again, but I will do a poo clean later. I don't want to frighten already nervous piggies.

Looking in to a dehumidifier for the cabin now

Amazing set up you have.
Lucky piggies.
Mine are indoor piggies so I can appreciate how much you loved having them in.
Hope you feel better again soon.

Pigs are back indoors with us again and they have been for two weeks due to the weather and we have condensation issues in the cabin. As we don’t want damp problems starting, we moved the herd and all of their stuff back in to the front room. The correx takes up space even when in pieces!
