Out to dinner....finally

Finally going to have our Valentines Dinner tonight.
Been way to busy to go always running kids around etc.. you know what it's like. Then we've been going to 21st birthdays and retirement parties.
The kids are house sitting so we're going out to have a nice dinner in peace and quiet and then i'm going to come home and do my favourite thing, yep you guessed feed Duke and have a snuggle with him :smitten:

So does anyone else have this problem that you promise each other you'll go out to celebrate an occassion and it takes you ages to actually get around to it? Just wondering?

Yes I do that. Sometimes on the actual day you just don't feel like it but it's best to go when you want, then you look forward to it. Have a lovely time.

ps. normally you come back and snuggle your OH, not your guinea

Know what you mean, we planned a big night out for my birthday but were both so knackered we just got some chinese food in and put our feet up!
