Oreo nip Cola when she is grooming

Whenever Cola is growing herself, Oreo will go nip her for no reason.. I also observe this between my previous sow Chocolate and Oreo.

Why do they do this? A sign of dominance? Any other piggies owners have the same experience?

It is mild dominance behaviour.

It's just a dominance thing. Noah used to do it to Elmo in the first couple of weeks I had him, he doesn't now. It stopped, along with the constant rumblestrutting I wouldn't worry unless the nipping turns in to biting and draws blood/gets aggressive.

Oh ic.. Thanks Wiebke and Iamsnape..at least now I understand what is going on. Chocolate and Oreo use to do it all the time to each other. Now Oreo is doing it to Cola..
