Oreo chirps!

So we have a mouse or two in our home and thought this every couple of nights chirping noise was the mouse or something since they make that noise and it wasn't loud.

So just a little bit ago I hear the chirping again coming from the piggy room but it was about 6 times louder than normal. I was thinking a cat had the mouse or something since I completely forgot about the fact some piggies like to chirp.

I walk in the and Oreo looks at me and is just sitting there happily chirping away! I couldn't help but giggle at him and shake my head. Vinny was even looking at him like he was crazy!:p

So I topped up their hay rack while Oreo stood underneath it to get covered in the little pieces that fall out like always.

Thought this was cute and I would share it.

I have 2 chirpers, Scrummy and Toffee, but sadly both of them only ever chirp in the middle of the night and as soon as they hear a noise, or see a light (usually me trying to get my phone to record it) they stop instantly! It is such a shame, it is so rare and such a privilege i just want to share it, but looks like people will just have to take my word for it lol.

But it is lovely to hear, you are very lucky

I am usually up during the middle of the night so I think this is the reason I was able to hear it. He also wanted more hay so I am guessing that's the only reason he kept chirping this time because all the other times he stopped as soon as the light was flicked on as well.
