Orbaxs dosage for baby guinea pig

Hello my name is Breezy and proud mom of Lulu 2-year-old guinea pig and sparkles guinea pig. I'm familiar with orabax for respiratory the baby has joined us from pet store recently and has a respiratory she has given it to Lulu I am familiar with the 0.3 dosage of our backs for Lulu she is a grown up but I have never had to give a 9 week old baby the solution cannot afford to go to the vet this time. Has anyone been given the dosage of orbacks for a nine week old Guinea pig baby. Please help
