Hi all. I've found someone who I'd trust to look after my 3 sows when I go away.

She has 2 boars who live apart. Can anyone foresee any psychological/behavioural problems if she looked after mine albeit keeping both sexes apart but in same room? Likewise, her boys would come to me if she wanted a holiday too.

Depending on answers back I'm thinking of taking them over for an intro the weekend.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

if the boys arent used to the smell of girls could cause aggro between the bonded boys.

Ok. They are not bonded as they have to be kept apart anyway due to their fighting. My girls all live together quite happily. Could it cause aggro between my girls?

Don't think the girls will be bothered then but the boys may drive you mad trying to get to the girls.

That's good news. I just don't like leaving them with a boarding place and would prefer someone I know who knows what to look for should they have any problems. Her boys also squeak lots so I'm hoping they pick up some of that cause mine are as quiet as anything. I'm fussy I know but they are my fur kids. We've even done our house plans/extension to add a g pig room. OH wants his own office but he's got no chance!
