Junior Guinea Pig
I have had George and Bungle for 5 months now.... they are around 9 months old...
Bungle is a very plump teddy, and George is a very timid Abyruvian. Bungle seems to be the boldest of the two. George is very shy, but happy enough when picked up, and often tries to groom my lip and nose!
Bungle is always the first to come for breakfast, and is learning to take food from my hand. George is always too scared, and usually hides in his igloo and doesn't even grab the food that's held right in front of him...... He waits for Bungle to go and collect the food, and then takes it from him! I think Bungle realises that George is timid, and tolerates him a little more.......
Of course, I can give George all the time in the world to come out of his shell.
My concern is that if Bungle is always the one to take the food from me, George will have no incentive to be brave......
Does anyone have any thoughts on this please?
