Me and my OH are going away tomorrow for nearly two weeks and I'm just a back from dropping my girls off at 'Aunty Catrina's' . Three pigs have *so much stuff*! And I even downsized their cage! I know they'll be well looked after by Catrina and her little boy (who has good small animal manners as they have rats) but I can't help being worried!

Also got a cuddle of her rats, which was lovely, they are much better at being petted than my pigs. We have decided that we need rats next! I love their tails and that they just climb all over you and they don't need hay, which means my OH won't have to spend all winter as well as all summer on antihistamines!

Will be trying not to worry about the pigs and how much work they are.

Don't worry, I'm sure your pigs will be well looked after.I go away next Saturday for 2 weeks and will be pining for the piggies, especially Guiseppe my favourite lol.Have a lovely time x
 
Have a great time, but believe me. My boy Jellicoe climbs all over me...he never stops moving. Captain Jack was the same when he was younger, but love plenty of cuddles, honestly its delightful have a piggy that is really bonded with his human slave...

I need to send my rats to visit half the forum...nothing can convert someone to rats better than the rat itself :D

I've always been pro-rat but haven't had much close contact with them since I was a child. So lovely
