maisie occasionally nuzzles right up to chesney and kind of licks and grooms his ear and side of his head.. is this normal?

she isn't biting him and he purrs so loud, he loves it. :))

just never thought piggies groomed that much, but chesney and maisie seem so close. they sleep near each other, sometimes next to each other, and just seem really in love. which is great. x)
 
Yes, it means that they get on very well. When mine were younger, they used to do it. They sometimes still do it now to but normally, it is just Sorrel the boss who grooms the other two.x)
 
She's having the equivalent of a snog... That's how guinea pigs show their love!

It's lovely to see how much mixed pairs can be in love! x)
 
awww, so sweet! x)x)x) i thought it was a good thing! :)) that is a different kind of purr than when i tickle him though! he must prefer maisie! :p

they are really sweet and in love. bless them' xoxox)
