Noticed a pimple on my guinea pig's nose.

Hello,
I noticed a tiny bump, pimple like on my guinea pig's Skye's nose. Any idea what this is? We are going to the vet on Wednesday. See that white dot on her black nose, it's new.

It looks like a pimple to me, guinea pigs can get them from time to time. I would just keep an eye on it and if it becomes red/irritated you can always get the vet to check it out on Wednesday.
You can read more about different types of lumps/cysts here, but the one your girl has is not likely to cause any issue, I had a piggy prone to them a couple years ago and it never caused him any issue, but if anything changes it will be good to get the vet to look at it - Guinea Lynx :: Lumps
