Notice something on my Mr. Oreos belly wanted to check with you guys

Hello Everyone,
I noticed this almost dark redish or black dot on my piggies lower right belly and the hair is missing around it.
first I just thought it was maybe a nipple I don’t know if guinea pigs or male guinea pigs have nipples but it seems to bother him when I touch around it so just wanted to check in here see if anyone can help me or just reassure me that maybe it’s a nipple

Yes looks like a nipple, there will be one on the other side as well

Looks like a nipple. Males and females each have 2. It can be confusing if you see one for the first time. This guide explains body quirks that piggies have and are normal.
