I'm going to be looking after my friend's bunny, Wayne. He has never met another animal, and he's pretty young. Can I put his cage beside Cocoa's so they can talk/interact? And at floor time, should I put Cocoa in a pen and let Wayne explore, or vice versa? Can they come out to play together? And will Wayne be scared of Cocoa squeaking, or will he try to kick Cocoa? Or would Cocoa be scared of Wayne? It's only for a week, will it stress either of them out?

Hi!

Please do not put them together - not just because the automatic kick reflex and any humping (which is much rougher amongst rabbits) but also because rabbits can be carriers of bordetella, which are lethal for guinea pigs when it is transmitted to them (the other source is dogs with bordetellosis kennel cough).
