Not pooping ?!

Hi all,

So I cleaned my piggie Bubbles out last night at around 11pm, and when I came to give him his breakfast at 8:30am ish there wasn’t a single poop in his cage! I don’t think he has even done a wee. I do not think he is bloated and he is eating hay and he ate his cucumber this morning. What could be wrong? Is this an emergency? I am really worried and I do not want to lose him, I have just recently lost his older brother :(

It would definitely be a good idea to see a vet if he is not urinating or pooping at all.
Please weigh him every day so you can more closely monitor his hay intake, stepping in with syringe feeding if his weight drops.. You may be able to see him eating hay but it is very deceptive - he may not be eating enough so these weight checks are essential.

Thank you! So I should make an appointment ASAP? Or can it wait a day because I have work today but of course if it’s an emergency I’ll absolutely take him now !
