two very timid piggies. hope i can tame them. any suggestions what else i can add.

any suggestions that i can add to make it more piggie friendly.

maybe a tunnel for the piggies to run through !cover the other end with fleece on the top,as piggies can be very shy of big open spaces.i think you have everything sorted,it looks great, piggy palace .:wub::wub::wub:

Just lots of time and patience really. Little steps, they need time to settle and get used to you and their new surroundings. Do every movement very slowly, hand feeding treats like small bits of favourite veggies. Have a cosy/box/tunnel to coax them into to lift onto your lap, do everything at floor level at first to prevent falls, gentle strokes and calm voices are best. Just spend time by the cage and chat to them. Enjoy them mostly!

I always say piggies are tamed through their stomach, once they are settled.
Have a read of the forums tips for settling a piggie, here’s the link.

thank you for that link, it was brilliant very informative, slowly does it. bless them i hate to see them so scared.

ok i have added a few things, so far they are not coming out of their hay box, their fresh food and dried food is in there and the food is all gone in the morning so they are eating. still need to make a ladder for them.
