Sit it out and provide a second hidey; ideally with two exits (a cardboard box will do). What you are witnessing is perfectly normal dominance behaviour as your two are establishing a functioning hierarchy. Chucking the underpig off a prime spot and of the food pile is par for the course. make sure that you have two bowls etc. so the underpig has always access to food, ideally at least a body length apart.
