Hope you can help out my mind at rest.

I haven't been able to find any photos showing what a normal incisor length is. Do these bottom teeth look normal to you or overgrown? Picchu was doing a funny motion with his mouth yesterday like he had something stuck in his mouth so I checked his teeth and I'm not sure if I'm just imagining it because he was doing something weird or if his bottom teeth are actually too long. He eats a lot of hay and has many natural chew toys which he uses.

Piggies incisors are very long compared to most rodents. I really would not worry, especially if he is not doing it now and he is eating loads of hay. He probably had something like a little piece of hay stuck and was attempting to movie it around, mine all do that occasionally.
I would weigh him weekly, record the weights, so you can always tell if there is a decline which would alert you to any problems
