Black piggies

9 month old Bertie looks different to previous boar. Is this normal? I wondered whether it's cauliflower willy?
Thanks.

Bertie is very well and happy, he's bonded beautifully with my solo sow, I guess I didn't think checking something like this was serious enough to run by you at the curious stage. I adopted a piggy this year from Hazelcroft who was diagnosed with cancer relatively soon after and I was in touch with Sarah privately a lot, as I would with you if there was anything serious. Sorry if that wasn't the right thing to do.Why didn’t you contact me, if you were worried?

I gave Bertie and Shadow separate plates and beds but they're doing things together, it's gone really well.

Yes the adoption paperwork was very clear, male, neutered etc. Definitely a boy Many thanks for your support.Aww, they look very happy together! Thank you so much for giving the little guy such a lovely home.
I do prefer any concerns to be made to me, as we give full rescue support to all guinea pigs, who are rehomed by us. I do realise that it was for all the right reasons, that you didn't though. I was just a bit confused that Wiebke was confirming the gender of Bertie, as he's most definitely a boy!
