Does the non-slip vet bed work as well as the green backed? Does anyone use it?

The non slip vet bed is not as good for use with piggies as the green backed. It wicks but then the moisture gets held by the backing whereas the green back wicks right through to your absorbent layer underneath. I have some small bits of the non slip version for use on ramps etc, otherwise I go for the green backing

I used it for a couple of years and found it worked just as well, the wee travels through the minute holes in the nonslip backing. I wouldn't buy it again because the rubber disintegrates and leaves a fine dust which obviously is not good. The green back lasts far better, I'm still using some I bought for my elderly cat 20 odd years ago.
