Noisy Piggies Tonight

So my piggies have had a spoilt day today . cleaned out their cage, gave them new toys to play with, fed veggies and fresh water etc (all the daily stuff) laptimes and now they are being extremely vocal .... and also running around the cage a lot is this ok ? are they just happy .. when i check to see if they are ok they are fine - not fighting or nipping or anything at all - maybe just having a merry old time with themselves and their toys?
