No Sew Cage Liner W/uhaul Pad.

So I made one of these with fleece and an absorbant uhaul pad liner. I didn't sew it I used stich whitchery where you iron it instead of sew it. I LOVE it so much better than having the fleece layed over towels, it's so much easier to sweep up the poos ect.

So if you don't know how to sew you can still make one as long as you can use a pair of sissors and an iron. :D just don't run with either of them! ;)

You could use towels instead of a pad and do the same. But I had bought one to try to do this with and it worked perfect.

I bought a sewing machine but haven't learned how to use it yet. But this worked just as fab and you can wash it and dry it on low heat.

I bought my sewing machine last year, it's easy to use, but get's some getting used to when it comes to threading the bobbin/ thread. ;)
 
excellent! I just whizzed up some pads to put in cuddle cups from old fleece and towels - stitched together with the sewing machine - broke a couple of needles for trying to sew through too many over lapping seams - ha ha!

I'm so scared of the sewing machine I bought lol. I have the instruction book, but it might as well be in Spanish as some of the words eg: bobbin lol scare me lol. I have a friend who is going to show me when she has time.

But this other stuff worked great. I had found a YouTube video on it. Title "No Sew Guinea pig cage liner" or something like that.
 
do you have the link for the uhaul material on ebay? I've been looking all over for some and I couldn't find any :(
