I took Wilbur for his weekly dental work with Ellie yesterday and as he is putting weight back on and eating his normal food, I do not have to take him for 3 weeks (its a 40 mile round trip). I came home and breathed a sigh of relief that things were going in the right direction.
I then had the normal snack time with Whisper and Annie but Annie wasn't too interested in eating hers, which is not normal for her, but I thought maybe she had already eaten a large amount of hay. I went to give all the piggies their breakfast this morning and knew Annie wasn't well as she didn't chase Whisper around or try to grab food from her.......so at 9.45 this morning I rang the vets and she was seen by Ellie this afternoon. Annie has a gut problem and after 2 injections is feeling very sorry for herself and my worry levels rise again :hb:
Healing vibes would be very much appreciated

What does Ellie think Annie has? All the best with the feeding support.
 
She has 'gas' in her gut and is on loxicom and cisapride and does not appreciate syringe feeding - as I've just found out.

Positive news for Wilbur though. Fingers crossed he continues to improve.
 
Sending healing vibes. It's horrible when these health problems come in waves. I'm glad Wilbur has had bettter news.
