No dental problems, so what could it be?

My 2-yo piggy wheeks for food every time but couldnt seem to chew well. The vet suggested to do an xray, and so he did and there were no significant findings.

What could be the problem? Any tips on how to get my piggy to eat normally?

Did the vet only X-ray, or were the teeth properly checked? It still sounds like it could be a dental issue.
