Nipping/biting followed by popcorning...

Hi everyone,
lately when Daisy gets over excited she nips/bites and then popcorns, also if her bum area is lightly touched she spins round and lunges! you can even hear her teeth collide!
She is such a sweet loving piggie, its so strange.
could it be that she hasnt learnt social skills because she is on her own? or is she just playing or trying to hence the popcorning?
I'm just worried because i will be introducing her to minnow in a few days and would hate for her to be bitten!

any opinions/advice would be much appreciated :))

Emmm I dont know .... sounds strange behaviour. Mine dont like getting their bums touched so I could understand that although mine wouldnt turn round and lunge ....

Hope someone else has some answers for you

Is there anyway you could get her a friend? Guinea pigs really do need company. She will be very lonely. Guinea pigs hate having their bums touched and all react the way she does.

Yep i know, like i said in the OP i will be introducing her to my other piggie, minnow.
 
One of my guineas used to love getting her bum tickled, she'd chuckle and sometime even popcorn.... but then she was very strange :))
