I gave the boys the box from my new shoes, thinking they'd maybe like it a little bit...

They both started popcorning all around, and took turns claiming it by "marking" it in a way I found very disturbing. (Isn't raising boars a blast? )

It's so cute how such a simple thing can make piggies so happy!

Awwwww I left a shoe box lying around during my boars floortime and now it's got some lovely holes in it lol!

And the best part is that piggies aren't particularly brand conscious either!

Pls my late piggie was a little monkey. He kept and at times was sucessful at picking / eating his carboard tube. I've seen pictures of boxes carrot houses well nibbled. Is it ok for piggies to eat it. Pls. x

Lovely pictures of gorgeous boars. My boars love boxes and paper bags, especially stuffed with hay.

@David Pet Lover plain cardboard is fine if they eat it. Spike and Peanut regularly eat bits toilet roll inners, Willow and Bracken completely ignore them even when they are stuffed with hay.
