Newspaper AND Fleece Bedding

I have a two by four c and c cage. One by two of the cage is a snuggle spot with the hammock and the hut. The snuggle spot has fleece over towels. Two by three of the cage is a kitchen/play area. It has newspaper. In the corner there is a litter box filled with paper bedding. Is this an okay arrangement for my piggie?

It sounds fine, if I am understanding your set up right, which is basically one end you have a cozy sleeping area and the other end food and litter tray, and middle play area?
