new to cavies

ok so my boyfriend and i bought a guinea pig over the summer together and we are new them. today i noticed on my little rufus that there are two bumps above his back legs and one looks normal but the other looks kind of scabby and dry......i dont know how to treat this if there is any way to.

Have you a vet close by who could look at it for you?

i think you should just go to the vets and gt him checked over just to be on the save side :)
