New sounds from Vinny

My piggy Vinny started making a sound I hadn't heard before. The best way I can describe it is a wheek but no sound coming out. Should I be worried?

Can you take a video and upload to somewhere like YouTube and post a link to the video here?
Sometimes as piggies get older they lose their wheek but also it can happen after a respiratory infection
If you’re worried please have your piggy seen by the vet.,
