After building my boys a new home, I've made a few improvements....

That looks great! Would you be able to show the inside of it? Also, is it a commercial store cage? Looks like it from the bars.

Here is a pic of the inside...and I made the base and sides and I used the top and front of their old commercial store cages. I wanted them to have a bigger place so improvised by using bits from their old house, I'm very pleased with how it's turned out and so are my boys!

I agree with Flutterby! It looks lovely. Just curious, but do you find the top is low? Maybe just me though looking at it. I wish I could DIY, love your cage

I only keep the top on when I'm not there, I firstly wanted it to be an open top but thought they might jump out when I'm not there so used the top of their old cage just as a safety thing, wouldn't want my babies escaping although it does look lower on the pic than it really is lol.
