Hmm.. well when did you get them? If you only got them a few days ago, they could still be a little nervous, and don't seem to be eating/drinking as much.
Are you sure? Because if you aren't with them 24/7, you can't be totally sure. If there is no water gone, and no food, then I would contact a vet.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Make sure that they have a hidey and place food and hay nearby, so they can dart out when nobody is around. It takes several days for for guinea pigs to settle in new surroundings, especially piggies that have virtually no human contact before they were sold.
