I’m posting this image to seek approval. I recently upgrade my guinea pigs cages to an 8sq ft c&c cage. I use fleece bedding as a liner as well as being accompanied with 2 hideouts a wooden bridge various chew toys and their hay bowl. Are there any recommendations on improving the cage setup or any add ons anyone would suggest ?

It looks good to me as is. But the one thing I would say is to try and stretch their area to a 10sq feet minimum. Boys can be territorial and need space to get away from each other. And one of your boys is in the midst of his teenage phase.
I would also say limit their pellets. They should only be getting a tablespoon each per day.
