When I rescued my two boars, They had come with a two by three c and c cage. Now I know that that size is way too small, especially for males, due to their territorial nature. So I want to inovate or upgrade the cage somehow. my only problem is that my cage at the moment sits snug in a corner on top of a shelf. I was think either we make an outdoor shed or we can make a leveled cage some how. Any ideas on how I can expand their cage.

You could get some extra grids and/or correx to make it a 2x5 instead? I bought a 2x3 stacking cafe for my two sows and cut a "trap door" into the top level myself. Do you have photos of where the cage currently is?

I hear that two boars need a minimum of 2x5 floor space, so it sounds like it would be best to expand the length of the cage rather than level it if that's possible. :)

One option could be what @HeatherW suggested. I think this would be the best option

Another might be to add an offset 2x2 loft (shown in picture. I recommend doing an offset loft. If you do a normal loft, most of the cage would have a ceiling because of the 2x2 loft).
