Its in its beginning stages - I will eventually add another level. Also I am using woodchips for now (which is messy and goes everywhere rolleyes ) - but will be purchasing cosy fleece cage linings soon drool

It is 3 x 4 grids in size and Jemma and Abby absolutely LOVE their new cage drool

what a cool idea for a hammock.. I use my C&C cage in the colder months and i never really know what to put in that "grid space" so hammocks looks good, and t-towels too xx>>>

Awww, that is brilliant! I just love Abby sleeping in the hammock! x)

Well done you!

That looks great! Where did you get those lovely coloured grids from? And the coroplast stuff? If you don't mind me asking? :)

Aww they look so happy and relaxed. What a great idea to use material to give them dark areas.

where did you get coloured grids from? great cage

I got my colour grids from amazon........... here is the link (they are from USA around £15 for box of 17 grids red, blue, green yellow - the postage costs to ship from USA was so worth it as the pretty colour grids look so lovely compared to grey)

I dont mind you asking at all.

Corroplast - I asked my local estate agent who pointed me to a local signs company - when they ordered stock they ordered me two sheets of corroplast (I have 1 spare) £25 including delivery to my door :)

Colour grids from USA roughly £15 plus shipping costs - 17 colour grids in the packet green, yellow, blue and red here is the link to the place on amazon

Aww they look so happy and relaxed. What a great idea to use material to give them dark areas.

I wanted to give them their own little dens and its marvelous because Abby has one side and Jemma tends to have the side right in the corner - i wanted to give them their own little private space so they can hide away and relax and feel safe and cosy.

THe tea towels i got from the market £1 each they wash up brilliant and the woodshavings dont stick to them so much LOL - they are also cool and not to warm in these summer months but give adequate cover and shelter for them - in the winter I will use fleece blankets :(|)

Fabulous my favourite part has to be the tea towel hammocks how cute do they look in them!x)

Thank you - I use ordinary clothes pegs to secure them in place and the c&c grids are so versitile that the clothes pegs clip onto the grids securely its great :))

The woodshavings are not working folksrolleyes for piggies to walk around on is a bit slippery not sturdy flooring.............also if they make a run for it or want to run around let off steam the woodchips go EVERYWHERE and i have to hoover lots and lots...............I am going to be looking into fleece material to line the cage soooon which will be softer and more nicer to run around on ...........until then I will have to hoover lots in the meantime rolleyes hehehehehe

awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww..............she saw them she did!...........and then went KERPLUNK! rolleyes:))
