new bedding for potty

Hi,
Today, I bought my guinea pigs new paper-based bedding (they are running out) for their potty. It's the same thing, but it's a different color. I cleaned their potty, and added some of that new bedding. I also put hay on top of the potty to encourage them to go on it more. They usually go on their potty all the time (it's pretty messy after a few days, they use it all the time..). I don't know why they aren't going onto their potty. Please help

As piggies cannot be litter trained there won’t be anything you can do. It’s normal for piggies to toilet everywhere.

This is Louise. She can't see the camera because her nose is too fluffy. She's a big hungry girl. She poops so much it makes the other two look like they've got something wrong with them...

She excretes as she walks. If she startles and runs off she'll drop 5 or 6 poops almost mid-air! Pooping is just her favourite. The rear of this haybox was monstrous. If your piggies seem to be going on a 'potty' they probably think it's a bed and just spend a lot of time lounging on it. You could try one of these...

The rubber bristles make it easy to sweep up poops and hay. I got mine of amazon for about £6. Good luck! Enjoy the poops - it means they're healthy!
