Hello Everyone,
After getting a few unhealthy piggies who died we got one baby piggie, Zinnia. She was always alone as we were waiting to find her a friend, and it took three whole months. During this time she was alone, but had loads of free time and lots of attention. We finally found her a baby friend, but then she started sneezing, so we had to wait another a week (while she was on Baytril and the baby was isolated in another cage.) Well, today we introduced them in neutral territory, two tunnels, two bottles, two food bowls, two hay stacks . . . Zinnia, who is double the size of the baby (we named her Zeena) chased Zeena around the whole time and even bit her a little. Poor baby Zeena, she came from a big litter and is only five weeks old. We will try again soon, but do you have any hints? Do you think she is used to being her alone? Lastly, the baytril worked and there was no sneezing, today was the last day. But she sneezed today just as we took her out to introduce her and while with the other piggie.

What a worry! :( Are the two cages next to each other so that the girls can get familiar with each other being there before reintroducing?

No the cages are in separate rooms as Zinnia was sneezing and on Baytril. Maybe I will put the cages in the same room today, but since she just started sneezing again after a week on the antibiotics I thought maybe I should wait?

Maybe once she has stopped sneezing popped there cages side by side so that they get used to each other x

I agree on having them living next to each other to get used to each other but only do this once you are certain that both are healthy.
