If you have a neutered boy in with a female pig will he pester her?

I'm asking because i want to get Gerty neutered so that he can live with Morgan. If i got Gerty neutered would he pester Morgan? or does it just depend on the pig coz i never noticed him pester her when they were together before (when i thought they were both boys).

No eventually he will stop pestering her, and she'll learn to tell him off :)

I have 2 couples of piggies, both neutered boys living with their girlies and have no problems at all. I think its very much down to the individual piggies personalities but ours get on fine. The girls on the other hand absolutely hate each other and had to be seperated! ::)

One of my neutered boys never bothered his girls but the other one did, he tried to mount & chased but this soon stopped when the girl in question gave him a swift kick to the chops & sprayed urine in his face ;D ;D

he he1 yup alice soon made her opinions clear on what Dermot was allowed to do to! nothing says back off like wee in the face! ;D

In my experience, from my two neutered boars each living in a pair with a female, they are absolutely fine. They have a little "I am still a boar, you know" type of behaviour sometimes, but the sow usually just turns around and puts him in his place! ;D

I think it really depends on the piggies personality. I know every so often Pepsi would pretend he was still a boar, but Buddy always erm...put him in his place :]
