Take care of yourself. Right now feels like your whole life but you'll look back and see it was just a chapter and I promise there's more exciting chapters to come. Sometimes people see something you can't in these moments and that's ok it's part of the trickery mental health problems play on you (trust me I know) some of it you'll understand looking back from a better place some of it will never make sense but you just have to trust the process for a while.
