my piggy is tiny so i need to add extra height to the bars

whats the best way?

cut it out all longer then when she is bigger try and cut it down

or cut it out normal and then an extra few inches all way around and attach it?

c&c is so massive its pretty impressive, i just dont want piggy to hurt or escape!

I don't understand what you are cutting up, or why you want to make it bigger while she is small and then smaller when she gets bigger.
C and C cage grids with 9 squares horizontally and vertically are too small for most piggies to get through. If she is really small, the correx will stop her getting out. The sides are usually 6" high. As for size, start off with a 2 x 4 and extend it when she grows up if you want. And get her a companion. Piggies need company.

I think you mean the correx height, am I right? If so you could make it high and then cut it when she grows but I suppose it depends on high big the holes are on your grids. Either that or peg fleece around it.

On Subvato's other thread he mentions how he is shortly picking up 2 sow friends for this little one.

I would make it big now and then cut it down.

Yes I would make the corex taller and then cut it down when they are bigger. Sounds the easiest option.

Thanks. I started to get a bit ahh during design and build phase.

I might lie down and fall asleep in the cage myself!
