Need help with gunea pig skin issues

Hey, i first thought it was just dry skin however there are now clumps of hair coming out and bald patchs any idea on what the issue is and how to treat

It started a few months ago got better then i came back from holiday after having a family member look after her and its now worse
 
Please have your piggy seen by a vet for hands on diagnosis and to be prescribed the correct treatment.
Do not be tempted to use any pet shop products. They are too low dosed to help and you may not be treating the right issue.
