Hi guys I was wondering if my Guinea pigs foot is swollen or if she has bumble foot or anything I should be concerned with and if she does how can I treat it and what can I buy. Or if I should take her to the vet. I will attach a picture

This looks like a healthy foot - certainly no sign of bumblefoot.
(Bumblefoot is open wounds but I can’t see any on this picture).

Hi and welcome

It looks perfectly normal and healthy to me?

Please take a picture of the other foot for comparison. If both sides look the same (any skin markings excluded), then as a rule of thumb you can usually assume that nothing is wrong. :tu:
I would strongly recommend that you take close up pictures of your guinea pig's features next time you do your weekly weigh-in and body onceover so you have a direct reference picture if you are not sure of a change or not.

Weight - Monitoring and Management

Bumblefoot is very localised intense red patches which can turn into open dark sores once a scab comes off and swollen feet. I can't see any sign of that.
Overall even reddish/pale skin is just increased/decreased blood flow to cool down the body (guinea pigs don't sweat or pant; they increase or decreased the blood flow through ears and the extremities).
Please do not be tempted to overtreat feet because you soften the skin and make it more likely to develop a skin infection (pododermatitis or bumblefoot). Don't overdo the washing powder/soap with fleece or use an extra rinse and change the bedding regularly.
