I tried to look up piggy noises when i was having problems with my boys, and i agree that there are so many, and each piggy makes them slightly different it gets very confusing! :)

I hate to say this, but I believe this is an unhappy sound.
Mine make it at high pitched noises or just general sounds they dislike such as the kingling of keys. x

I just saw the video link. You are pressing her hair the wrong way forward which guinea pigs find uncomfortable. They liked to be stroked the way their hair grows. She is making a noise to tell you she does not like it. At first she may not like to be touched as it is not familiar to her but she will get used to it in time.

That is similar to a purr. But it more juddery. That means that she's hear something she doesnt like. Like a high pitched noise or a "chink" or just an unfimiliar sound.
Also they dont like being scratched like a dog, you have to follow the direction the hair grows. However that said he never ran away which he would if he didnt enjoy the stroking

That's ......i've had enough thanks sound!
I agree with both piggyfan and hazeg !
They usually prefer to be stroked more on their heads, but if they've had enough of the they'll head butt your hand away :))
Try doing little chinnie rubs, use one or two fingers and lightly scratch under the chin, if they really love it they'll raise their heads and let you do it for awhile :)
