As modelled here by Dave, who is still recuperating from his neutering and is, quite frankly, starting to milk it a bit, this is our indoor cage. Our two girls lived in it over winter and as Dave has now joined the family we are looking to get a larger one for next winter.

It opens up completely along the front which means they are easy to catch, and is not too high like many which are also designed for rabbits. The piggies get loads of floor time and really only use it for sleeping in so it doesn't have to be massive but it would be too small for 3 to live in without arguements.

The one we have is 100cm wide so we were wondering if anyone knew where we could get a larger version as we have drawn a blank so far...

Could you make a c and c cage with a lid? They are ideal for giving piggies enough space. You can even make it big enough so they do not need floor time.

Do you know the make of your cage? You could just google & see if there's a 120cm or 150cm version.

I've just ordered grids to make up a c&c cage from amazon. 30 grids for £31.99 with free delivery. My local sign makers have fluted board (also called correx). I'm preparing for when we extend and I have a big enough living room. Hoping they will replace some TV time:yahoo:
