Mystery movie and a cartoon about a duck..random...but I need to know what they

I remember watching a movie early 1990s at a young age and there was a pug in it and she got pregnant and gave birth in the middle of nowhere?

It definetely isn't Homewood bound, but a different one.

This is bugging me.

Also does anyone remember a cartoon about a duck that run in 1992, 1993 and 1994 about the yellow duck that had adventures? Can someone tell me what it was called? Ones I can remember (well I was only young was about a submarine, a train, and a pyramid)

I will be very grateful for some clues..

I feel ancient now asking this at 20 ;D

It might be - I can't remember 1989 or anything like that but if it was made those early early years it could have been shown around 1993 in the UK. It looks about right if I remember correctly I watched at at 7 years old in 1993

your'e all worrying about age I was thinking what my kids would have been watching , Stuart my eldest is 26 in sept for his last birthday I brought him the fraggle rock dvd he loves it still today, his fiancee Lucy says he often watches it cracking up, ahhh bless him
