Yesterday, we had to say goodbye to Bryce. We had to make the very difficult decision to help him to the bridge. He hasn't been eating much since his last 2 dental appointments. He was mainly eating thru syringe feeding and showing no interest in food at all. It's unfair on him not having the quality of life he needed when he couldn't even do the basic thing he needed to survive, eat. He had this problem since March this year (started with getting diagnosed with arthritis, and then a recurring neck abscess that affected his jaw and teeth) and we all fought very hard to keep him, but this last week, he has been showing signs that he was getting tired of it all. We will miss him terribly and I'm just sad that I couldn't get more cuddles and kisses any more. Popcorn free my Bryceyboo. Go play and chase with Whitney now in the rainbow bridge. No more pain. #GoneTooSoon #RIP
You can all see more photos of him in the Pigging Out thread. He was such a very special piggy who outlived 4 wives in his such short life (3 yrs and 7months). They are all together now.
