My Present By Eddi

Today my littlest slave made me a present.
She said it is a stocking, and it is for Christmas, which is very soon.

The oldest slave (who is always saying boring things like 'too many blueberries are bad for guinea pigs'), said Christmas is ages away and rolled her eyes.
I am choosing to believe the littlest slave, because she says nice things, and always tries to sneak me extra blueberries.

Apparently when this Christmas thing comes, my stocking will be filled with presents.
I am happy about this because it looks like it will hold quite a lot of blueberries.
I did look inside but it doesn't have any blueberries in it yet.
I hope the blueberries come soon.

At Christmas there is also a tree.
I am hoping for a pear tree because this is my absolute favorite, and then I can eat the leaves.
There will also be presents underneath the tree, but I am just interested in nibbling the branches.

Me and the littlest slave can't wait for Christmas - I am glad it is very soon.

Please don't listen to the oldest slave. She probably doesn't even believe in Father Christmas or the Tooth Fairy, so she's not worth listening to. :whistle:

Your littlest slave is a poppet for making you your very own stocking. She's taken great care to make you a lovely masculine one and she has obviously started early so she can make one for each of your friends here on the forum....:san:

You've been good all year, so you have every reason to expect that Father Christmas will soon visit you and fill your stocking with delicious treats. Mollie and Mabel are currently ripping a hole in the roof of their new carrot cottage to create a chimney for their visit from Santa. We hope he comes soon or there will be no roof to land on with the reindeer. :lol!:

Uhm what i actually mean is, yes Eddi it's definitely not too long until Christmas.....it will be here before we know it and as you are such a good piggy I am sure there will be lots of presents for you. And what a wonderful slave you have to be making things for you. She must be very clever indeed.

Dear Eddi,

I am sure your littlest slave is quite correct that Christmas is coming soon but I think you should report the fault in your gift so that it can be fixed. Clearly it is an "everlasting blueberry stocking" that is meant to refill every time you empty it. I know about these things as Flynn talks in his sleep and he's mentioned them, and he is man of mystery so I have no doubt he has seen all sorts of strange and magical things before he moved in with me.


Don't listen to the big slave she obviously has no clue what she is talking about! Maybe she meant the Christmas AFTER this one.

I am still waiting for Christmas, but I did get a blueberry today so that was something anyway.

I am liking the sound of that carrot cottage @VickiA
I think I might need one before Christmas so I can be ready in time.

And @Squeakz I think you must be right Freyja (you are clearly a very intelligent pig)- I am sure it will be a continually refiling stocking - how great would that be?
If it does refill, I might add coriander to my list too, because that is my second favorite thing ever (I think - although I also like cuddles with the littlest slave, and watermelon, and chenille fabric, and grass, and pak choi, and alpine hay, and a few other things that I probably forgot).

I absolutely love his colouring, it's like one guinea pig at the back and another completely different guinea pigs head :drool:

Ssshhh :shh: he's not supposed to know @Swissgreys is really mad scientist that gave him a head-transplant as a baby. Unforutnately his brother Idde didn't survive the switch but he was the ugly mix. Eddi is a seriously special lookin piggy though, head transplant or not.:love:
