I was looking at my piggy today and I found 2 bald spots they look like nipples(but like long nipples) but I’ve never seen them before I did some research but got a bit scared cause it says it cancer or something

Hello and welcome to the forum. How old is your piggy? How long have you had them? Where are the bald spots? Guineas do have nipples. So it could just be that.

Don’t panic.
It could be a number of things.
A visit to the vet with any concern is always a good idea.

He’s only one and I got him when he was 3 weeks old they are near his bottom feet

If you search for Help Milo there is a thread with photos about nipples for you to compare to. If they look sore or swollen or there is a lump then I’d get them checked by a vet.

Does rather sound like nipples, they are very long and in a circular patch very far back by the hind legs.
See a vet if you are concerned or maybe you can upload us a photo?
Nipples and belly buttons are often a surprise if you arent expecting them, along with the sleeping with their eyes open thing that piggies do which still scares me half to death every morning if I wake up before my elderly piggies :)
