The past week I’ve noticed that my guinea pigs right hand pads are larger and darker than the other pads on his left hand which are a normal pink like his back feet. I’ve noticed no discomfort, he doesn’t seem to be in any sort of pain but it’s making me feel uneasy and nervous. I’ve been giving him epsom salt baths for his pads and putting coconut oil on them but to no avail. I don’t know if it’s normal for one of the hand pads to be bigger than the other but I’m just really nervous. I don’t know if I should bring him to the vet. Anyone have any suggestions please?!

If you are worried, then do see a vet.
Please stop using the Epsom salt baths and coconut oil on his feet. You should not do anything like this unless and until you have a diagnosis that there is actually an issue - you could end up making the skin on his feet too soft which can then risk causing a problem where there may not be one.
