Up until this morning Kwazii and Pablo got on okay with each other. There had been times when Kwazii seemed to be getting amourous but all in all they got along. That is until after we cleaned their cage out and put them back in. At first all seemed well and then Pablo started the teeth chattering and then he just laid into Kwazii. It got really bad and we have had to take Pablo out. At the moment we've had to put him in a lot smaller cage temporarily while we find out what to do. They obviously can't go back together, so what do we do? Do we rehome Pablo and find Kwazi a new friend? If we do that, would we be better getting him neutered and getting him a female friend? Or do we rehome them both and get two females instead. Would appreciate some good advice here because we don't know what to do for the best.

What do you mean by "laid into"? Have you read the post about boar behaviour? You do need to keep a close eye, but unless blood has been drawn they are probably okay together still. If you've had them separated for any length of time now, you'll need to do a few things. See the post on introducing boars; you'll need to completely clean out the cage (again) and possibly give them a bath together, then pop them into a totally neutral location (i.e., not the cage) with lots of food to chow down on and supervise them until they are done their dominance displays.

Also, how large is the cage, and how old are they?

They are 15 weeks old and we've had them for 3 weeks tomorrow. The cage is 3 ft by 2 ft approximately. They are housed inside. When I said "laid into" I meant that Pablo attacked Kwazii, fur, hay, anything in the way went flying, including the pigloo they went inside. If we had left them I'm sure there would have been blood drawn and to be honest we weren't prepared to take that chance. They were litter mates when we got them, and even then the woman said that she thought that one had had a go at the other one, but she wasn't sure which one it was, but they seemed to be okay with each other.

One thing that wont be helping them get along, is unfortuatly your hutch is too small for a pair of guinea pigs :( The minimum RSPCA requirement is 2ft by 4ft and boars particularly need their space.

The best thing to do is give them a little while to calm down, (a day, maybe 2) And decide how you want to proceed.
