My piggie was licking me!

Is this a good or normal thing? He was licking me while I had him out for him to play and relax. It was pickles (the older one about 3 years).

Yes it’s normal.
Its either an affection thing - piggies lick each other as a way of showing affection. They can then do the same thing to their human.
or as they explore with their mouths, he may think your hands taste od food

It's cute! It's either affection (pigs will nuzzle/lick each other as a show of affection/acceptance) or interest (i.e. hands are sweaty/salty/food-smelling.) Either way, it's normal!
