My New Pigloos

I bought 2 lovely new pigloos from home bargains ...

They sell them individually in the shop for less than a fiver each - they come in packs of 6 for home delivery

I have cut the base out of mine an put them in their cage over a tray filled with Aubiose

I then use the cushion supplied as a hatch door ...

I used to have those my piggies hated them never used aren't piggies strange . I have the big cardboard tube things all murray does is shove it around with his nose lol x

That's Guinea Pigs for you !

I've got 2 pigloos and 3 guinea pigs . They're forever hopping in and out - won't share. I think they'll be great for the winter as a snuggle safe heat pad fits in nicely . Perhaps I should find room for a 3rd pigloo so they can have one each.

Don't think it would matter my boys have got two big sleep areas with self heat pads fleece forests and snuggle cups, still use only one I can't keep up ! Lol x
 
Oooh spoilt piggies! Our piggies had a snug like that last year and old Pecan wouldn't come out no matter how much I tried to bribe her

It was my 1st trip . Would recommend a look round. I also bought some paper sandwich bags - which they love filled with hay - and some alcohol hand gel in pump action bottle for me to use when on my hands after spot cleaning . Bargains galore !
 
Yes the pigloos are aimed at cats I think but they are not that big. So would be fine for guinea pigs.
 
Oh yes, they're fine for guinea pigs ! ( or , at least my guinea pigs think so ! )
 
I will need to invest in 2 at least. Maybe for the piggies Christmas.
